Part 1: Who are you in your every day life?
Set up a scenario you can do multiple ways- Walking
- -Sense of animal self
- -Sense of perceived self
- -Sense of felt/experienced self
- -Sense of self with others –greeting each other
Something as basic as walking can reveal a lot about us. I am asking the group to exaggerate this idea by intentionally focusing on amplifying certain aspects, but that this is a very natural occurrence in our daily lives.
Part 2: Now take this experience into a different environment- Outside!
- Reference previous week’s sensing experience

- -What is it like to sense THIS MUCH?
- Physical challenges of a new space
- -Particularly “animal self” might come more alive, more real, in an environment animals might actually have to deal with.
